Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Resonance, The Voice Actor Insight Engine.
They apply to:
•    visitors using the public Resonance demo;
•    free-trial members;
•    paying members;
•    complimentary or promotional members;
•    reviewers; and
•    anyone otherwise given access to Resonance.
Some sections, particularly those concerning subscriptions and payments, apply only to paying members.
By creating an account, beginning a trial, purchasing a subscription or using the public demo, you agree to the relevant parts of these Terms.
The Resonance Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used.

2. Who operates Resonance?
Resonance and Wonderland VO are operated by:
Bradley David Shaw
Sole trader
Business correspondence address: 25a Upham Park Road, London W4 1PQ
References in these Terms to “Resonance”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Bradley David Shaw trading through the Resonance and Wonderland VO brands.
General account, subscription and technical enquiries should be sent to:
resonancehelp@wonderlandvo.com
Privacy enquiries should be sent to:
resonanceprivacy@wonderlandvo.com

3. What Resonance provides
Resonance is an online behavioural insight and professional-development tool created for voice actors.
It allows members to:
•    select or describe a professional or creative challenge;
•    receive matched insights and practical action steps;
•    explore the seven Resonance Foundations;
•    save selected insights;
•    add personal notes; and
•    revisit saved material while access remains available.
Resonance is a human-authored and human-curated professional tool. It is not an AI therapist, social platform, traditional course or substitute for individual professional coaching.
Membership provides access to the Resonance service. It does not amount to the purchase or ownership of individual insights.

4. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to:
•    create a Resonance account;
•    begin a free trial;
•    purchase a subscription; or
•    receive complimentary or reviewer access.
Resonance does not knowingly provide accounts to children.

5. Individual accounts only
Each person may hold only one Resonance account and one Resonance membership, regardless of how many email addresses they possess or control.
Each person may receive only one free trial.
You must not create or control multiple accounts to:
•    obtain repeated free trials;
•    obtain repeated refunds;
•    reset usage allowances;
•    avoid previous account history;
•    circumvent suspension or cancellation;
•    evade payment obligations; or
•    bypass any other Resonance restriction.
A former member may later reactivate or rejoin through the same account, but may not create a new account to obtain fresh trial or usage rights.
Resonance memberships are for individual users only. No team, agency, school, company or shared licence is included unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Personal and non-transferable access
Your account and membership are personal to you.
You must not:
•    share your login details;
•    allow another person to use your account;
•    use another person’s account;
•    transfer, sell or lend your membership; or
•    provide account access to a team, class, company or organisation.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and notify Resonance promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity you knowingly authorise through your account. You are not responsible for unauthorised activity caused by Resonance failing to take reasonable security measures.

7. Free trial
The current Resonance free trial includes:
•    access for up to seven days;
•    up to four searches; and
•    up to 24 insights.
The trial ends when:
•    the seven-day period expires; or
•    the trial allowance is used,
whichever happens first.
The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. No payment will be taken unless you separately choose to subscribe.
Only one trial is permitted per person, not per email address.
Resonance may change, pause or withdraw the trial for future users. A change will not retrospectively reduce a trial already underway, except where access is suspended because of misuse or breach of these Terms.

8. Paid membership
The Founder membership is currently:
£14 per month
The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Paid membership currently includes access to up to 144 insights during each billing cycle.
Unused allowance:
•    does not carry into another billing cycle;
•    cannot be transferred to another person;
•    cannot be exchanged for another benefit; and
•    cannot be redeemed for money.
Usage allowances reset at the beginning of each new billing cycle.
Membership provides access to Resonance. It does not mean that a member has purchased or owns 144 separate insights.

9. Founder price protection
The £14 Founder price remains protected only while the subscription stays continuously active.
If you:
•    cancel the subscription;
•    allow it to expire;
•    fail to resolve an unsuccessful payment; or
•    otherwise allow the membership to lapse,
any later rejoining will be at the price and terms then available.
A temporary failed payment does not by itself remove Founder protection where the payment is successfully recovered and the subscription does not actually expire.
Founder memberships cannot be paused.

10. Prices and currency
Subscriptions are charged in pounds sterling.
The checkout will show the total Resonance price before purchase.
Any currency-conversion charges, international card fees or similar charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Resonance may change subscription prices for future billing periods where reasonably necessary because of matters such as:
•    changes in operating costs;
•    taxes;
•    payment-processing charges;
•    platform charges;
•    legal or regulatory requirements; or
•    material changes to Resonance.
Members will receive at least 30 days’ notice by email before a higher subscription price applies and may cancel before the change takes effect.
Continuously active Founder memberships remain protected at £14 per month.

11. Payments
Payments may be processed using:
•    Wix Payments;
•    debit or credit cards;
•    Apple Pay;
•    Google Pay; and
•    PayPal.
Use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms.
Resonance does not receive or store customers’ full payment-card details.
If a recurring payment fails, Wix or the relevant payment provider may retry it.
Resonance access may be suspended if payment remains outstanding.

12. Immediate access and the 14-day cancellation period
Where you purchase Resonance as a consumer, you may normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
Resonance provides immediate access to digital content.
Before paid access begins, you will be asked to confirm:
I request immediate access to Resonance and acknowledge that once I run my first paid search and paid insights are supplied, my 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital content ends.
If you cancel within 14 days before running any paid search, you may request a refund.
Once you run your first paid search and paid insights are supplied:
•    supply of the digital content has begun at your request;
•    your change-of-mind cancellation right for that supplied digital content ends; and
•    no change-of-mind refund will normally be due.
Where any part of Resonance is legally treated as a service rather than digital content, you request that performance begin immediately. Any cancellation or refund will be dealt with according to the statutory rules applying to the part of the service already supplied.
Nothing in this section removes rights relating to faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content or services.
The immediate-access request and acknowledgement must be recorded before paid insights are supplied and confirmed to the customer by email or another format they can retain.

13. Cancelling a paid subscription
The normal cancellation method is through your Wix member account or subscription settings.
Cancellation:
•    stops the next automatic renewal;
•    does not usually end access immediately; and
•    allows access to continue until the end of the period already paid for.
No refund is normally provided for an unused part of a billing period after ordinary cancellation.
Refunds may still be provided for:
•    duplicate charges;
•    materially faulty or unavailable service;
•    a service materially different from its description; or
•    any other situation in which the law requires a refund.
If the self-service cancellation facility is unavailable or you cannot access your account, email resonancehelp@wonderlandvo.com before the next renewal date for assistance.
Memberships cannot be paused.

14. Complimentary, reviewer and promotional access
Complimentary, reviewer or promotional access:
•    is personal;
•    cannot be transferred;
•    has no cash value; and
•    does not create a right to payment or compensation.
Such access may be changed or withdrawn at Resonance’s discretion unless a specific access period has been expressly promised.
These Terms, including content-protection and acceptable-use rules, apply to complimentary and reviewer access.

15. Usage allowances and repetition
Resonance uses a finite, curated insight library.
It aims to minimise unnecessary repetition, but does not guarantee that an insight will never be shown more than once.
The same insight may legitimately appear:
•    in response to more than one pain point;
•    under more than one Foundation;
•    where it is strongly relevant to different searches;
•    after the relevant insight pool has been substantially explored;
•    following changes to the matching system; or
•    where excluding it would produce weaker or less relevant results.
Resonance may return fewer than the maximum number of insights where stronger relevant material is not available.

16. New and updated content
Resonance may add new insights and improve existing material over time.
Membership does not guarantee:
•    a particular number of new insights;
•    a fixed publication schedule;
•    monthly content additions; or
•    permanent access to every individual insight or feature.
Resonance may add, update, replace or remove individual insights, features or parts of the service to improve:
•    quality;
•    security;
•    legal compliance;
•    performance; or
•    operation.
We will not materially reduce the core paid service without reasonable notice.
This does not affect statutory rights if a significant change makes the service materially different from what was purchased.

17. Saved insights and personal notes
Saved insights and notes are membership features, not a permanent storage service.
Access to them may be restricted after a trial or paid membership ends.
Resonance-specific account data may later be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You should not use Resonance as the sole storage location for irreplaceable personal information.

18. Ownership of member-created material
Members retain ownership only of material they personally create and submit, such as:
•    personal notes;
•    support messages;
•    feedback; and
•    support screenshots.
Members do not gain ownership of Resonance or any Resonance content by adding notes to it.
By submitting their own material, members give Resonance permission to store and process that material only as reasonably needed to:
•    provide the service;
•    maintain their account;
•    deliver support;
•    resolve complaints; or
•    comply with legal obligations.
General suggestions and feedback may be used to improve Resonance without payment.
Personal information or identifiable comments will not be published without permission.

19. Resonance intellectual property
Except for third-party materials and material personally created by members, all intellectual-property rights in Resonance belong to Bradley David Shaw or the relevant licensor.
This includes Resonance’s:
•    original written insights and action steps;
•    original structure and presentation of the Foundations framework;
•    selection, arrangement and classification of content;
•    database and compilations;
•    software and code;
•    matching and retrieval systems;
•    page and interface design;
•    graphics;
•    branding;
•    logo; and
•    visual identity.
An active membership grants only a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use Resonance for the member’s own professional development in accordance with these Terms.
It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, adapt, extract or commercially exploit Resonance.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of general voiceover knowledge, established methods, ordinary techniques or ideas that are not original proprietary expressions of Resonance.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

20. Content-protection rules
You must not:
•    copy or closely reproduce Resonance insights or action steps;
•    scrape or automatically extract content;
•    bulk-download content;
•    systematically photograph or capture Resonance materials;
•    distribute cards, screenshots or substantial extracts;
•    republish, sell or sublicense Resonance content;
•    share Resonance content through another website, group or platform;
•    upload Resonance content to AI systems;
•    use Resonance content for AI training;
•    create a competing database, service or product from Resonance;
•    reconstruct a substantial part of the Resonance library;
•    imitate Resonance’s branding or distinctive presentation; or
•    remove copyright, ownership or branding notices.
These restrictions do not prevent a member from applying general learning and professional judgement in their own voiceover work.

21. Public demo
Use of the public Resonance demo is subject to these Terms.
Demo users are particularly subject to the provisions concerning:
•    personal use;
•    content protection;
•    intellectual property;
•    acceptable use;
•    service availability; and
•    professional-development guidance.
Subscription, renewal and payment provisions do not apply until a person purchases a membership.
A short notice should be displayed near the demo:
Use of the Resonance demo is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
No separate checkbox is required merely to view the demo.

22. Acceptable use
You must not use Resonance, its website or support channels to:
•    submit unlawful material;
•    submit abusive, threatening or harassing material;
•    defame another person;
•    infringe another person’s rights;
•    distribute malware or harmful code;
•    interfere with the operation or security of the service;
•    attempt to obtain unauthorised access;
•    circumvent technical or usage restrictions;
•    impersonate another person;
•    use automation to extract content;
•    commit fraud; or
•    use the service for an unlawful purpose.

23. Suspension and termination for misuse
Resonance may suspend, restrict or close an account where a member:
•    materially breaches these Terms;
•    shares account access;
•    creates duplicate accounts;
•    copies or scrapes content;
•    attempts to bypass security or usage limits;
•    acts fraudulently;
•    fails to pay;
•    misuses support channels; or
•    uses the service unlawfully.
Where reasonable, the member will receive notice and an opportunity to correct the problem.
Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary because of:
•    security;
•    fraud;
•    serious misuse;
•    unlawful conduct;
•    content theft; or
•    risk to Resonance or other users.
No refund will normally be due where access is ended because of the member’s breach, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Professional-development guidance
Resonance provides general professional-development guidance for voice actors.
It is not:
•    therapy;
•    medical advice;
•    legal advice;
•    financial advice;
•    a casting service;
•    an employment service; or
•    a substitute for individual coaching, direction or professional judgement.
Resonance does not guarantee:
•    bookings;
•    representation;
•    income;
•    career progression;
•    improved audition results;
•    employment;
•    commercial success; or
•    any particular creative or performance outcome.
Members remain responsible for their own professional decisions and how they apply Resonance guidance.

25. Devices and internet access
Members are responsible for having:
•    a suitable device;
•    a supported and reasonably current browser;
•    a reliable internet connection; and
•    appropriate device and browser settings.
Resonance is not responsible for problems caused solely by:
•    the member’s equipment;
•    their internet provider;
•    browser extensions;
•    blocked cookies;
•    outdated software;
•    local security settings; or
•    other systems outside Resonance’s reasonable control.

26. Service availability
Resonance aims to remain available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
•    maintenance;
•    Wix outages;
•    payment-provider outages;
•    security work;
•    software updates;
•    internet failures;
•    legal requirements; or
•    circumstances beyond Resonance’s reasonable control.
Resonance will take reasonable steps to restore access.
This does not affect statutory rights where the service is materially unavailable, faulty or not as described.

27. Support
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
Resonance does not guarantee:
•    a particular response time;
•    immediate replies;
•    evening or weekend availability; or
•    continuous 24-hour support.
Genuine account, payment and technical problems will be handled as promptly as reasonably possible.
Support enquiries should be sent to:
resonancehelp@wonderlandvo.com

28. Responsibility and liability
Resonance is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of:
•    breaching these Terms; or
•    failing to use reasonable care and skill.
Resonance is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Resonance is not responsible for lost:
•    bookings;
•    auditions;
•    income;
•    clients;
•    opportunities;
•    profits;
•    reputation; or
•    other professional or business benefits
resulting from a member’s decision to use, disregard or interpret professional-development guidance.
Nothing in these Terms:
•    limits liability that cannot legally be limited;
•    excludes fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
•    removes statutory consumer rights; or
•    excludes responsibility where exclusion would be unlawful.
Services supplied to consumers must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and digital content has statutory protections where it is faulty or not as described.

29. Permanent discontinuation
If Resonance is permanently discontinued:
•    members will receive reasonable notice where possible; and
•    members will receive a refund for any prepaid part of a billing period during which paid access is not provided.
This does not apply to:
•    temporary interruptions;
•    scheduled maintenance;
•    short-term outages; or
•    access ended because of the member’s breach.

30. Sale or transfer of Resonance
If Resonance is sold or transferred to another operator, memberships may continue with the new operator.
Members will be notified.
A transfer will not materially reduce existing contractual or statutory rights.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

31. Changes to these Terms
Minor, administrative or clarifying changes may be published on the Terms page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Members will receive reasonable advance notice by email of any material change affecting their:
•    subscription;
•    price;
•    access;
•    cancellation rights;
•    use of content; or
•    other significant contractual rights.
Members may cancel before a material change takes effect.
Continued use after the effective date of a properly notified change means that the updated Terms will apply.

32. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute may be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Customers living elsewhere retain any mandatory consumer rights and access to courts that apply where they live.

33. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with:
•    the Privacy Policy;
•    the information shown at checkout;
•    the selected subscription details; and
•    any specific written offer made by Resonance,
form the agreement concerning use of Resonance.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraudulent statements.

34. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only as far as reasonably necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

35. Delay in enforcement
If Resonance does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean the right has been waived.
A waiver applies only where it is clearly confirmed in writing.

36. No third-party rights
Except where these Terms expressly state otherwise, a person who is not a party to the agreement has no right to enforce it.
