Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Wonderland VO Events This policy applies to all Wonderland VO events apart from paid workshops, including Workout Sessions, Marketing Hours, Zoom Socials, and other online events. Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your place is secured. There’s no waitlist—our Zoom events can host large numbers, so no need to worry about missing out. Cancellations & Refunds (By You) If you need to cancel a paid session, you must contact us directly at least 48 hours before the start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Free events don’t require cancellation, but a courtesy message is always appreciated. Rescheduling We do not offer automatic rescheduling. If you cancel in time for a refund, you're welcome to book another session separately. Cancellations & Rescheduling (By Us) If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an event (due to illness, tech gremlins, or other unexpected issues): – If Wonderland VO cancels a session, you’ll get a full refund. – If a guest coach reschedules, your place will be moved to the new date. Can’t make it? Just let us know and we’ll refund you.
